Good to know

Frequently asked questions

The most important information about work, accommodation, documents and payments.

Do you provide accommodation and what are the conditions?

Yes. We arrange paid accommodation; the price depends on the specific job and is stated in the offer.

Depending on the city and factory, accommodation may be in apartments, hostels, family houses or guesthouses. Usually 2–4 people share a room. Couples are normally placed together in a separate double room.

The bathroom, toilet and kitchen may be private or shared in the corridor. Exact details are provided before arrival.

When is salary paid and can I receive an advance?

Salary is usually paid around the 20th day of the following month. After at least three completed shifts, you may request an advance of CZK 1,000–2,000.

We prefer bank-account payments because they are safer and more convenient. Cash may be possible in some cases.

Is the employment official and legal?

Yes. We work legally and employ workers under a standard full-time employment contract. Social and health insurance contributions are paid in accordance with Czech law.

Is previous experience required?

Most jobs do not require experience. Training is provided at the workplace. Any required qualification or special skill is clearly stated in the job description.

Which documents are required for legal work?

You must hold a document allowing legal work in Czechia, such as temporary protection, a work visa, a residence permit with work rights or another valid authorization.

We can help review your situation and explain the next possible steps.

I have temporary protection in another EU country. Can I work in Czechia?

Temporary protection issued by another EU country usually does not by itself authorize work in Czechia. You need a status or authorization valid in the Czech Republic.

Individual situations differ, so we recommend checking your documents before travelling.

Will you pick me up after I arrive in Czechia?

Yes. By prior arrangement, a coordinator or driver can meet you at an agreed train station, bus station or another location and take you to the accommodation.

Our coordinators and drivers operate 24/7, including weekends. We stay in contact during your journey and use your current location to arrive on time. Pick-up is available in the Plzeň region and, by agreement, within roughly 100 km.

Do you provide transport to work?

For most jobs, accommodation is within a 5–30 minute walk. If the distance is longer, transport to and from work is provided by us or the employer.

Are sick leave and holidays paid?

Yes. Sick leave and holidays are paid according to Czech law and the conditions of the specific employment contract.

Can you employ a couple or a group?

Yes. We regularly have jobs suitable for couples and groups. Tell us the number of people, preferred city and possible arrival date, and we will recommend suitable options.

Do I need to speak Czech?

Czech is not required for most jobs. Our coordinators help with organization and adaptation. Any language requirement is stated in the job description.

What is the age limit?

Depending on the job, we usually employ people aged 18–65. Some positions may have different age or physical requirements stated in the offer.

What should I do if I have more questions?

Call one of our coordinators. We will review your documents, help you choose a suitable job and explain work, accommodation, arrival and the next steps.

Do you want to choose a job?

Call a coordinator. We will explain the conditions and help with job selection, accommodation and next steps.
